Rates, Insurance & Policies

Rates	$115 – 75-minute session $130 – 60-minute session
Insurance	Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your psychotherapy benefits. Questions to ask your provider: Does my plan include mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible, and has it been met? Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year? Is written approval from my primary care physician required?
Payment	Payments are processed through TheraNest, which serves as my electronic health record (EHR) system and is integrated with scheduling, documentation, and billing. Cash or check payments may be accepted in person, with all sessions still documented through TheraNest.
Cancellation Policy	If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
